3 semester hours The students will participate in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) which provides free tax help to people who cannot afford professional assistance. The program will include non-traditional hours at various community locations. The course may be repeated for credit. Prerequisite: ACCT 216 or permission of the instructor.
