A seminar on the Vietnam War, with particular emphasis on domestic social and political aspects during the 1960's. Research in primary sources will be required. Prerequisite: Hist 106 or consent of instructor. Corequisite or prerequisite: Hist 301. Directed elective area I or III. History of Flight Culture. (3) A cross-cultural survey of the origins, development, and representation of human flight from the ancient world to the present. Prerequisite: Hist 106 or 126, or consent of instructor. Corequisite or prerequisite: Hist 301. Directed elective area I or II.
