Attention is focused on oral proficiency in the contexts likely to be useful to law enforcement personnel. Vocabulary specific to the profession is taught, as well as practical cultural information. Prerequisite: Span 224 or permission of instructor. Modern Spanish Syntax. (3) A systematic study of the morphological and syntactical elements of Spanish with practice in application. Prerequisite: Span 326 or equivalent. Modern Spanish Syntax II. (3) Continued systematic study of the morphological and syntactical elements of Spanish with practice in application. Prerequisite: Span 326 or equivalent.
