This course focuses on nursing as an art and a science. The elements of the Department of Nursing's conceptual nursing practice model are analyzed and examined in terms of nursing, diagnostic, and teaching-learning processes. Legal, ethical and environmental factors are studied in relation to their impact on person/environment unity. The format is a weekly 2 two hour lecture/seminar. Offered Spring every year 2 credits
