Primarily for those interested in creating a new business venture or acquiring an existing business. Covers such areas as choice of a legal form, problems of the closely held firm, sources of funds, preparation of a business plan, and negotiation. Preparation for Course P: admission to business B.S. program. Cr. 3. Session Indicators (Irregular offering) Notes Enrollment in business (BUS) courses numbered 301 and above is restricted to students who meet established criteria (see business degrees section of Part 4). Students enrolled in programs other than business and economics may not enroll in business and economics courses that would encompass more than 25 percent of their degree programs.
