(121) Either semester. One credit each semester. May be repeated for credit. Ensemble required with conditions stated under MUSI 1222. Open only with consent of instructor and department head. Basic performance techniques. Elementary and intermediate repertoire. Primarily for students majoring in another applied area. A fee of $175 for one half-hour lesson per week or $350 for a one-hour lesson per week per semester is charged all students receiving private instrumental or vocal instruction.
