Topics covered will include installation, file system structure, data transfer, backup and recovery, user and process administration, system security features, system startup and shutdown, performance monitoring and troubleshooting techniques. Since it is impossible to cover all aspects of system administration in depth, the focus of this course is on developing a mindset that acts as a springboard to developing your skills.
