(235) Both semesters. Two credits. Prerequisite: DGS 4234 which may be taken concurrently. Open only to students enrolled in the Diagnostic Genetic Sciences Program. DNA isolation, blotting techniques, fluorescent in situ hybridization, polymerase chain reaction and Genprobe assay. A fee of $13 is charged for this course.
