Provides students with a basic understanding of the types of qualitative and quantitative research conducted in industrial/organizational psychology. Students participate in realistic business projects in which they play the role of business consultants. These projects involve reading articles from the relevant industrial/organizational literatures, planning studies, collecting and analyzing data, writing up reports, and presenting results to the class.
