Specific topics covered depend on instructor and/or student's areas of interest and are drawn from a variety of application areas. They include the nature and processing of intrinsic signals such as cardiac and neurological bioelectric signals, natural processing of external signals such as auditory and visual processing, and topics related to a variety of medical and biological imaging modalities.
