Seeks to acquaint students with the conventional methods of internal reporting used in planning, control, and decision making, with a constant focus on the efficient and effective use of enterprise resources. Also examines fundamental aspects of cost behavior and cost accounting, flexible budgeting, capital budgeting, variance analysis, and management control systems.
