Jeffery The student will apply knowledge of disease therapeutics and communication skills to the provision of pharmaceutical care in the ambulatory setting. Emphasis is on optimizing medication-related outcomes in patients through medication assessment, multidisciplinary treatment planning, efficacy and safety assessment, and patient education.
