Chapron The student will apply knowledge of pharmacotherapy of medical diseases and psychiatric disorders and communication skills to patients in a skilled care nursing facility. Emphasis is on optimization of medication-related outcomes in skilled care nursing facility patients through medication assessment, multidisciplinary treatment planning, efficacy and safety monitoring, and patient education.
