ARR This course seeks to equip the church planter to understand and guide the development of a new church during the first five years. It addresses growth stages, growth issues, adding staff, accreditation issues, as well as practical church management strategy. The course addresses facility needs and when is the time to purchase or build the first church owned facility. It also addresses the oversight and management of church finances. Offered alternate years (Spring 2008).
