Exploration of new techniques and materials along with refinement of familiar skills. Focus on helping students become self-directed in their work. Individual and group discussion and visits to museums and galleries. Materials fee: $75 per term. Enrollment limited to 12. Prerequisite: art 120a or b or equivalent, or permission of instructor
