Through lecture, discussion, use of case material, and experiential learning in the classroom, group is examined for its therapeutic impact on individual members. Emphasizes assessment and interventional skills in relation to the development of the group and to the ego functioning of individuals in therapeutic groups. Prerequisite: Pass qualifying examination, or permission of Academic Standards Committee.
