Methods discussed include fluorescence polarization, enzyme immunoassay, chemiluminescence, radioassay, and molecular diagnostic techniques. Clinical uses of the above methods discussed and applied to clinical laboratory science. Prerequisite: CLSM 332; or consent of instructor.
