Description:
Laboratory investigation of digital logic circuits and systems covered in ECE 215. Logic gate characteristics; combinational logic design and analysis; latches and flip-flops; synchronous and asynchronous sequential logic; simple digital systems. Experiments include design and analysis of digital systems using breadboarding, FPGA boards, modeling and simulation tools, hardware description languages, and logic synthesis tools. Prerequisite(s): ECE 201, 201L. Corequisite(s): ECE 215.
