This course is designed to give students handson experience in developmental biology. Students will use microscopy, micromanipulation, genetics and molecular biology to design their own experiments to examine the development of several animal and plant model systems. The course will be entirely laboratory based and will focus on the scientific reasoning skills necessary for successful experimental design and analysis.
