This course, conducted in English, will focus on major trends in _lm and literature and discuss a variety of works from the Soviet and post-Soviet periods. Literary texts will include Solzhenitsyn's One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich, Bulgakov's The Master and Margarita, and Pasternak's Doctor Zhivago. O_ered every third year.
