The student is exposed to a variety of technical, industrial and/or applied photographic experiences in order to gain a fuller understanding of the scope of photography and its applications. Simplifi ed approaches to photographic instrumentation applications are emphasized. Photographic topics that emphasize scientifi c and technical applications, where photography functions as a tool of measurement and visualization of events that are beyond the range of normal photographic equipment are discussed.
