3 hours; 3 credits This course presents an overview of the history, teachings, rituals and feasts, ethics, and structure of Judaism. Class lectures as well as student team presentations examine the tradition of Judaism, its history, basic faith and worship, scriptures, community, and ethical practice, with special attention to the American context.
