Designed in conjunction with an English major's curriculum the internship offers "on-the-job" training for a career in such fields as publicrelations, journalism, communications, public information, or social services administration. The student works under supervision in an appropriate business or private, state or federal agency in the Helena community to gain practical experience in written communication. A minimum of nine (9) hours experience per week over the semester is required. Prerequisite: Two advanced writing courses and junior or senior status.
