(formerly POL 120, 121, 122, 123) Internship placements are available in local offices of government agencies and elected officials in Nassau and Suffolk counties. Interns will have the opportunity to observe and participate in the political process at the grass roots level. In addition to their internship assignments, students must attend a weekly seminar with an advisor from the History/Political Science Department (Registration requires departmental approval) (Offered Fall, Spring) 3, 3, 3, 3 credits
