Population Processes (PP II) is a part of a two-course sequence designed to introduce students to the core areas of demography (fertility, mortality, population aging,and/or migration) The course format consists of lectures and class discussions. The two course sequence is required of Ph.D. students in Demography. Others interested in enrolling in only one of the courses may do so with the permission of the Chair of the Graduate Group in Demography.
