Strategic Planning, Resource Development, Communication and Social Marketing. Critical to the success of any nonprofit organization is the development and execution of a strategic plan leading to a business plan, which is effectively marketed to potential investors/donors. This course will examine the dynamic relationship between planning, resource development and social marketing.
