Mulhern. This course is intended for practicioners with an interest in what governments and other organizations can do to encourage economic growth. Its focus on identifying the causes of economic growth and on measuring the outcomes of efforts to promote economic growth internationally, nationally and regionally. Guest lecturers include professionals from the World Bank, the Bureau of Economic Analysis, the Office of Economic Adjustment, the Delaware Economic Development Office, and the Philadelphia Shipyard Development Corporation.
