Staff. This course is an introduction to management issues and practices in higher education. It is designed to provide students with working understanding of both the role of administration within the culture of higher education and the contemporary issues related to management of fiscal, personnel, facilities, and information resources. The interface between administrative and academic decision-making will be explored within these contexts and case studies will be used to highlight the concepts.
