Sagalyn. This course covers concepts and techniques used to analyze and finance income producing investments at the project level. These fundamentals of analysis can be applied to investments of any property type in any place, including other countries. It seeks to provide you with quantitative skills and a critical perspective for making financial decisions about commercial real estate investments and development projects. Special emphasis is given to examining the nature of real estate risk.
