Six hours. Prerequisites: Art 339A and grade of C (2.0) or better in two of the following: Art 441, 442, 450, 454, 541, and portfolio review. Computer proficiency required with working knowledge of vector graphics, page layout, digital image editing, motion graphics, and web design software consistent with current industry standards. Proof of completion of prerequisites required: Copy of transcript. Solutions to design problems for clients in a studio environment including business procedures and production management. Development of a professional level portfolio. Maximum credit six units with consent of instructor. Students may not re-enroll in this course after earning six units of C or higher. Copy of transcript required.
