Six hours. Prerequisites: Art 339A and grade of C (2.0) or better in Art 340, 341, 342A, 345. Computer proficiency required with working knowledge of vector graphics, page layout, and digital image editing software consistent with current industry standards. Proof of completion of prerequisites required: Copy of transcript. Principles and theories of design: branding, typography, illustration, and photography applied to three-dimensional form within a specified social and cultural context with emphasis on strategy and concept; structure, functionality and materials; and modular systems.
