Understanding the evolution of molecules is critically important to _elds of medicine, agriculture, and conservation and to the reconstruction of the evolutionary history of all organisms. Prerequisite: BIO 205; BIO 211 or familiarity with population genetics and phylogenetic methods are strongly recommended.
