A Study of the morphology and physiology of cells and cell organelles; diversity of cell types resulting from cell specialization; mechanisms by which cells reproduce, develop, and evolve; methodology by which cell physiology and morphology are studied. Prerequisites BIO 111, BIO 112, CHE 115 or consent of instructor and Department Chair. .Three hours of lecture and one three-hour laboratory per week. CREDIT FOUR SEMESTER HOURS.
