A course that emphasizes the basic principles of diversity, evolution and ecology. The primary purpose of this course is to acquaint the students with the web of life and man's place within it. Three hours of lecture plus one three-hour laboratory a week. Prerequisites: BIO 111 and BIO 112 or consent of instructor and Department Chair. CREDIT FOUR SEMESTER HOURS.
