This one year course offers a study in oral and written expression. In English 101, students review grammar, mechanics, and paragraph development and engage in vocabulary building. During English 102, students write multi-paragraph essays and document papers based on research. A grade of "C" is required for passing each of these courses with 101 being prerequisite for admission to 102. These courses may not be taken simultaneously. Offered each semester. CREDIT THREE SEMESTER HOURS EACH.
