Special focus on the frail elderly and aged with chronic medical conditions. Points of interest include incapacitation, consents, confidentiality, ancillary and other services, rites of passage, the health-care team, managing the difficult patient, lethality assessments, family/professional relationships, health-care settings and intercultural communication.
