Focuses on the most frequently required communications-reports, memos, letters, and proposals. As a semester-long project, students write a proposal and then present it orally. Covers selecting and organizing information; writing efficiently; using easy-to-read language and formats; and adapting communications to peers, employers, clients, and other audiences.
