Covers radio frequency systems (AM, FM, TV), telephone switching systems, microwave/wireless systems, fiber optics, modulation schemes, coding, multiplexing/demultiplexing, protocols, and networking. Discusses both analog and digital/data communication systems. Requires students to complete a capstone design project.
