Topics include friction losses in pipes, flow measurement, hydraulic machinery, boundary layer characteristics, drag and lift forces, energy and momentum principle in open channel, resistance in open channels, uniform flow, nonuniform flow, surface profile computation, and design of channel controls and transitions.
