Covers fundamentals including the application of mass and energy balances and equilibrium chemistry to environmental systems. Applies these concepts to a number of important environmental topics including risk assessment, modeling of water quality systems, water and wastewater treatment facilities, air quality modeling, and municipal and hazardous solid waste management.
