(class 2, lab 2, cr. 3) P: CGT 216 This course explores the development of interactive and dynamic media components for multimedia and hypermedia products. The course examines the design, creation and integration of text, 2D animation and sound for use in CD, DVD and web media. Students also learn the basics of scripting and how it can be used to create interaction. Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Technology, specialization in Information Systems and Technology The Computer and Information Technology (C&IT) degree prepares students for existing and emerging jobs and careers in the application of information systems and technology to plan, analyze, design, construct, maintain, and manage software development, systems integration, data management, and computer networks. To complement the computing courses, courses in English, speech, mathematics, economics, and management are required. Graduates typically are employed as software developers, systems analysts, database analysts, or network administrators.
