3 HOURS The second course in a two-course sequence. This course covers the liability and equity side of the balance sheet and provides an overview of international nancial reporting differences. It is an equal blend of accounting and reporting theory as well as application of generally accepted accounting principles. The course is designed to provide a working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), as well as an understanding of the environment in which nancial reporting choices are made and how to use the data in making decisions. Prerequisite: ACCT 321. (Spring)
