Prerequisite(s): admission to the University Honors Program, upper-division standing, POSC 010 or POSC 010H; or consent of instructor. Honors course corresponding to POSC 148 and POSC 148S. An introduction to the politics of Congressional elections. Topics include campaigning for congress, strategic behavior in the decision to run for election, incumbency, and money in congressional elections. Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) grading is not available. Credit is awarded for only one of POSC 148, POSC 148H, or POSC148S.
