Introduces the study and practice of international environmental politics. Familiarizes students with major developments in the evolution of international environmental law and policy. Topics covered include ozone depletion, acid rain, marine pollution and whaling, tropical deforestation, overpopulation, and the impact of environmental degradation on the politics of sub-Saharan Africa.
