A study of several theories of the nature of mind and an analysis of particular issues occasioned by them: the mind-body problem, personal identity, emotions, human action, self-knowledge, knowledge of other minds, and explanations of human behavior. Credit is awarded for only one of PHIL 134 or PHIL 234.
