Examines the history of electronica and electronic music. Focuses on particular issues, including youth culture, dance and ecstatic trance, subcultures and club cultures, hallucinogenic drugs and psychedelic aesthetics, globalization, audio piracy, media and audio technologies, music and politics, and gender and sexuality.
