Explores the way Latin Americans have thought of and represented gender across a variety of media, including essays, film, novel or short story, and performance. Compares the possibilities and limitations of these media for representing gender in the Latin American context. Cross-listed with LNST 109, SPN 179, and WMST 179. Fulfills the Humanities requirement for the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
