Examines the history of Koreans in the United States to analyze a wide range of contemporary social and identity issues. Students are encouraged to do original research, develop writing and communication skills, and devise research projects that address the immigrant Korean community's needs. Fulfills the Social Sciences requirement for the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
