Helps students build the writing skills most relevant to their future work in science or engineering fields. Students must be formally enrolled prior to the beginning of instruction and must attend the first day to avoid being dropped from the class. Credit is awarded for only one of ENGL 001C, ENGL 01HC, or ENGL 01SC.
