Electronic systems, linear circuits, operational amplifiers, diodes, nonlinear circuit applications, junction and metaloxide- semiconductor field-effect transistors, bipolar junction transistors, MOS and bipolar digital circuits. Laboratory experiments are performed in the subject areas and SPICE simulation is used.
